Doug Dean is the local director of Launchpad Limited in Hong Kong. Doug has over 25 years experience as a senior executive and consultant in Fortune 500 companies as well as entrepreneurial organizations. He brings with him a wealth of experience in branding and marketing communications, including CMO for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Nestlé-Nespresso. He has in-depth knowledge of global marketing and branding.

As Launchpad’s Strategy Director, he is the key driver for all branding projects for our clients. His strategic thinking, paired with the in-house capabilities of other Launchpad key personnel, provide our clients with seamless solutions. Once a brand is formulated, our clients can rely on us to execute their strategies as well.

Stefan Pertz and Nicole Fong is Launchpad’s core team.

Stefan, the founder of Launchpad, has spent his career in marketing for Business-to-Business companies and in account direction for agencies. Nicole is an expert in Media and Marketing.
